Declined applications are deleted within 90 days.

Former members‘ data is anonymized after 7 years (except where legally required to retain, such as tax records).

The GivBux Lounge is a 21+ establishment.

discover we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to partner sites (catering vendors, charity organizations, etc.).

We are NOT responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The GivBux Lounge is based in California, USA. If you access our services from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

For EU/UK users: We do not currently have GDPR-specific compliance measures

in place, as we do not actively target or serve EU/UK residents. If you are

subject to GDPR and wish to use our services, please contact us first.
